Booking Ticket Complait

Location/place: Trivandrum

Name of company/service: K.P.N Travels India Limited

I booked a ticket with KPN Travels, on 16th August 2012. The travel details are as under
Boarding Point : Thiruvananthapuram
To : Hyderabad
Date of Journey : 19th August 2012
I made the payment using debit card and the travel fare was deducted from my account. I called the helpline and they told me they can’t do anthing.
I’ll provide my account summary also, which goes like this:
