I asked the agent to book a second class confirmed sleeper ticket from kanpur to meerut on 29/06/2012 but agent replied that this ticket will not be confirmed because waiting list is very long so you are requested to book 3A- ticket in train no. 14163 SANGAM Express and this will be confirmed on your suitable date so I went accordingly. The agent booked 3A- ticket on 19/06/2012.During this time I contacted him and asked what is present status but he said just wait and
it will be confirmed upto 29/06/2012.
On 29/06/2012 I rang him up thrice early morning but he didnt pick up his mobile and also didnt communicate any information finaly the ticket was remained unconfirmed and I went on my journey on general ticket. On 01/07/2012
he asked me to pay Rs 70 for the difference of cancellation 3A-ticket. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful because the Agent didnt disclose any status of the ticket and finally charged the amount.I think this is injustice made from agent side to the customer,keeping him in dark about confirmation of 3A ticket.
