My name is biswajeet.I booked 2 bhk flat in august 2012 in dreamz smrity project.they tell to us that its a prelaunch offer and we r going to start the construction in next few month.first 3 month they followup continuously.then suddenly stop.Possession time is 18 + 3 month.7 month letter they told to swith in next project due to some land issue.then i felt some doubt about this company because till now non of the project they complete,but they booked almost all p relaunch project without valid documents, god knows may be 1 flat is booked 3 to 5 times.then i touch those people who booked all ready flats in smrity project, finally i got 3 contact.i find all customers have same condition. in AMU they clearly mentioned that due to any problem the money is refund within 2 month after cancellation .then tey switch me another project in electronic city dreamz sankirna.again same case. after 1 year there is no any progress seen. i decided to cancel the project. when i reached their office their manager and employee tries to switch me in another project again and ask me to give 3 lakh more. i already submitted 4 lk 25 thousand in 25% option.Finnely i cancel the project on 23 july 2013.we take personal lone of re 2 lk. Now the problum is they prepare postdate chacqe for 3 month. and i cancel the project due to may father treatment,but they r not aggred and make a very good example of cheating and harasment of customer.i want to fite against this company.please consider my complaint siriously and take a strict action against this company. if not then i decided to file FIR and CBI enquiry.i want my mony back with intrest which i loss due to this frauds. actually they trained their employees how to tackle customer and impress them.this case is like the same.(gehu ke sath ghun v pisega).Mr sachin Nier Ready for fight. Lets see How a common men react when get angree.i am not single we r people.
