me and my wife were travelling from hyderabad to singapore on 31st august 2014 at1.40am through tiger airways ,booking was done through www.makemytrip.com agent sandeep kaur on 1st august 2014 , she sent us the payment gateway we did the payment and confirmation was sent through us through e mail and generated e tickets were mailed to us for the date 31st august 2014 . we reached airport on 30 august night when we were in the check in counter of tiger airways they did not allow us for check in they told there is no booking by the name anmol modi on this date that is 31 august 2014 and then they introspected and we came to know that booking was done for 30 august they showed us the pnr number and said make my trip agent has feeded the booking for wrong dates . when we called www.makemytrip.com customer care they said it was booked by mistake and they did not arranged us the other flight and asked us to pay again .so we had to take a one way trip flight to singapore which costed us Rs.50000 for no mistake of ours. we had to reach at any cost to singapore as we had exams next day ..we have all proofs for wrong dates and they did not inform us about their negligence..agent sandeep kaur is not picking our call past one week and from www.makemytrip.com customer care there is no response till today. we want the extra money back which we have paid for the alternate flight tickets and the compensation for mental harassment.
