booking amount paid but compant not giving booking

I am frm mumbai, I took this holiday plan on insistence frm my fren. I have paid the amount one yeAr back but the company has failed to book my holiday in goa. Every time it says plz give ur dates for next month and then when the time comes it says ur poking is not done. It also sent me a mail tht I have been booked with so n so hotel but now since only oneweek is left to travel it says my booking is not confirmed………thay refuse to return my money. Also my packagewill expire on 6th April n then thy will nt repay me at all. I wNt to sue them. But they dnt have a proper address also.
