Booked Raw house with Rs. 1,00,000 on 09-03-2011and promised to deliver in 18 month, after 16 month today they are saying noting is done and your money also not with us.

Myself Ghanshyam Modi has booked a row house with Safe growth companies project Popcorn hill view pune on 09-03-2011 with Rs 1,00,000 through there agent in mumbai Mr. Vipual Karia (Mobile : 09867344726). the said amount is paid though HDFC bank cheque 044792 and Booked a row house ‘RSEWOOD – 11’. Mr. Vipul karia send me complete project detail on my email id and promised that the project will be ready in 18 months time and you will get double benefit of amount you invest when it will be ready.
Since 09-03-2011 I was regularly calling and asking Mr. Vipul Karia abut the status and everytime he promised that is in process and work will start shortly and I will need t pay nest slab money in some time but he never called back. Since last one month Mr. Vipul started ignoring my calls firstly I thought may be he is busy but later on he never called back and never replied felt somthing wrong i messsaged him on 26-06-2012 ‘ pls do reply on pune property status, i m bit worried now. awaiting your kind reply…’ but still he not called back fr next 3 days and never picked up my phone. on 30-06-2012 i called im atlest 20 times but he nevr picked up my phone and late ib afternoon he just gave me call saying YOUR PROPERTY NO MORE BOOKED WITH US AND WE DONT HAVE YOUR MONEY’. shocked with the response i asked him to give me papers and prof of property cancelled.
but as usual he did not replied and not even picked up my phone finally tired i wrote an message to him on 02-07-2012 ‘Atleast pick up phone and reply… since last 15 days you are ignoring my calls vipul bhai…I will take the legal action for sure … i need the documets immediatly … ‘ responding to it he just messaged me ‘ U DO WATEVER U LIKE’.
I am cheated badly and he is no more picking up my phone not even replying at all calling to Pune office of SAFE Growth (09225959593 ) they even does not reply and ask to talk to Mr. Vipul Karia only.

I am feeling helpless and my hard earned salaried money has been taken away and they are not responding to us. here by request to please HELP.
