4.Cost of flat :R2/A/G04: 16,65,000/- , R7/A/103:17,00,650/- SHOP NO. 2 VIGO B WING :7,90,400/-
5.Receipt number if any : RECIEPT NO. 13184-R7/A/103, RCPT NO. -611- SHOP NO. 2 VIGO B WING,RCPT NO. 13181- R7/A/103, RCPT NO. 441- R2/A/G04
6.Cost of damage :FROM LAST 1 YEAR 6 MONTHSMY AMOUNT IS WITH MARATHON + HARASSMENT & TORTURED MY PERSONAL LIFE TOO, I HAD SUFFERED A LOT,MY FUND IS STUCKED
7.Nature of complaint and description:
I had booked 2 flats & one shop in Marathon Nagari, Badlapur East.my flat no. is R2/A/G04- Paid amount is Rs. 51000/- & R7/A/103-Paid amount is Rs.-100000/- Shop no. 2 Vigo B-wing-Paid amount is Rs.51000/-.after doing payment i am rigourosly follwing up about the stamp duty to be paid & for registration but these people were not ready to do the registration.Nor they are ready to refund my entire amount.Now the rates of the flat is high so they are not ready to do the registration.they are also not ready to refund the amount.literally these people are harassing me, not taking my calls,saying unwanted things mr. rajesh Mishra-HOD &mr. ketan-executive these two are not responding my calls, whenever i call them they are saying that they are busy, call me later,even not ready to talk.Even they sold my flat to somebody else without intimating me & NOT giving refund of MY flat.I am very much tensed that my flat is sold to some body else even the registration is done of their on somebody else name. I have no idea now what to do. Moreover these people are not giving me refund of my paid amount. I got cheated Please help me.every time i call them-Mr. rajesh mishra, Mr. Ketan Babal, Ms. sonika -Receptionist she is not transferring the calls & if transferred they will not pick the calls even in mobile they disconnect the calls, I had even call the directors but they are also not responding,Really they are harrasing me very much.I had visited site at badlapur for my amount paid to them. one of the executive ms. shubhangi called me to collect the refund amount of shop,after some time she told me that not to come as it will take another one week.now she had left the job.now nobody is there to give me correct information. I have original Reciepts of payments, Reservation letter which i got from Marathon & intimation letter . Marathonites are not ready to except payments from me.also I have Bank Statement.As they sold my flat to somebody else without any intimation to me. If i get my money back that will be a very big compensation for me. Please help me to get my refund which i paid to marathon.from last 1 year my payment is lying with them.after doing rigourous follow ups i am not getting good respond.I request you to help me in this, now i am really fed up. I would also like to share that my sister in law was working with marathon group. Now she left the job, thats the reason they are harrasing me, Her seniors also left job with her Mr. virendra shetty & Ms. Meena tiwari -HOD of marathon (DGM- Shetty & Ass. Manager- ms. Meena tiwari) my sister in law is Vidya nair-Sr. Sales & Mktg, was working with marathon group.suddenly she left the job to take care of her baby, that is also one of the problem they are not giving me refund.I can provide you her number she can provide you the details, her number is 9930956597mob no. I think she can help you in sloving this problem in better way & you will also get answers of all the questions.I have all the doccuments with me. Kindly do the needful at earliest.
