Blocking of my service in spite of having balence

My name is koushik das and my mobile number is 9830588576 my address: 20, charakdanga road,darsan apartment; uttarpara; Hooghly;pin 712258…I have recently changed my cell phone connection from prepaid to post paid service. My postpaid talkplan is ‘TALK MORE 299_M’ in which i have got 400mins free local calls. In addition of that i have also activated another offer for free sms worth Rs 50 for one month. Beside those two nokia gave me 2GB free data/month in 3G connection worth Rs 4200/ for consecutive 3month starting from Feb 2013.. But now my phone service have been blocked for last 2 days due to crossing of my credit limit.when i asked then why that was happening they replied that my credit limit was over which was Rs 800/ due to excessive use of internet..but i told them about free 2GB data which was about Rs 4200.But they asked me to pay the sum of my bill.But i didn’t understand in spite of having free data of Rs 4200/ which is not crossing yet(my current unpaid bill around Rs 1600/) why should i pay. I have called then 4 5 times and in every time they issued a complained but i still don’t get any reply..
Being a doctor it is very difficult for me to continue my work. There are lots of critically ill patient in hospital under my supervision and due to this mess up i can’t get any information from my patient. so it is my humble request to consumer court do some urgent action.
