Name of company/service: Vodafone postpaid connection
I had complained in vodafone regarding a customer care executive. He had said he will get my internet connection activated in my postpaid connection. Turns out he tentatively forgot and now i have to pay the bill for internet usage. In his defense he says he had never said anything like that and even replied in a loud tone and was told by a third person to reduce his tone as he was speaking to a customer. Now my outgoing has been blocked stating that i havent cleared the amount even though i have paid the amount except the part of it regarding which complaint was lodged. Now when i logged online into my vodafone account, i was shocked to see that the complaint has been closed on 16th of july whereas i spoke to executives yesterday too regarding the same matter. When the money is required they want us to clear on time but they dont even listen to customer complains or grieviences. A terrible and pathetic service provided and they make me feel guilty instead of apologising. If the responsible person accepts his mistake its enough for me but that person has no respect or regard to the customer.
