Hi,
My name is Tracey Rodrigues, I had registered with shophunk for an Apple phone contest, I had contacted there customer support which inturn told me to wait till Oct 3rd for results else your amount will get credited.
I waited and tried later of course I dint win the contest and wanted my amount back, when I called their customer support time and again I never again got connected this happened for days not just a single day.
I hence went ahead and tried purchasing from them and got an order placed email on Oct 14th, 2014.
Order Number : 4034906.
I sent them an email asking about the same, its the 20th still no reply.
I tried logging in today to my account on Shophunk to check status and got this error as follows

and gave customer care number : 080 30752798 to be reached at which still does not take you through customer support and only repeats IVR options no matter what number you dial.
Please help I just want my money back this is the most pathetic online service I have come across.
