I had purchased a slim fit black pant Rs 1765 from Blackbeery Rohini West (D Mall). Its 2 months only and the fabric is rubbed near the back pocket area. Now the pant is useless for me.
Today I went to the outlet to show the condition of the pant. The employees are telling me that it is rubbed because of your wallet. There is no defect in the fabric. They are not replacing it. So in this regard I want to ask one question.
If wallet is the problem and not the fabric then why my other pants are not facing the same problem. I use brands like Shoppers Stop (Theme), Peter England, John Miller. Please do the fruitful for me and ask D Mall (Rohini West) Blackberry employees don’t try to make fool out of customers.
