Hi in Feb 2010 i had purchased a blackberry phone from hotspot netaji subhash place. only mere 3/4 months of usage i started to face problems with my phone. and finally after living with the problems for good 3/4 months more i called the customer care centre and from there i was told to take it to their service partners named khurana bros. in laxmi nagar. ON 17th nov 2010 i took the phone to khhurana brothers in laxmi nagar, and there, After inspecting my phone for 15 20 mins they confirmed me that there is some serious problem with your phone and they will be sending this phone to thier head office for repairs and it would take 15 days minimum and handed over me a joob sheet. with the work order no vks/bb/10/00199 and they them self would call back me. after that i had called numerous times and every time i called they said that your phone has not come back from repair give us 15 days more. after almost one and half month i finally landed up their office and from there i got to know that they have handed over my phone to some one else… and again apologised for the same and promised me that they would get me my handset. but after that they have closed thier office.
till date i have not got my phone back. and i have called numerous times on the customer care number. but its of no use.
i dont understand when i have the original job sheet then how can they give my phone to some 1 else.
