dear sir, Rs399 has been deducted from my prepaid airtel after i sent a messege to activate my blackberry service on 30th july morning 6.34 am, but till now bb service is not activated yet, eventhough i called 14 times to airtel customer service and airtel blackberry service, they give complaint number and wait for 24 hour, so i have several complaint number but no solution yet. i also spoke with few airtel customer care supervisor, mukesh, rajiv, dilip sing, mushraff and kamal. i made online complain no response { your reference no. is PR080600126 .
