I purchased a blackberry 9900 from Aspire communications on 10/12/12… i used the phone for 6 months without any complaint at all, all of a sudden 10 days ago i do nt remember the exact day my phone started heating and the battery would drop, i ran to the blackberry service station at s.v rd,, near khar station in mumbai, but the service station had shut down and shifted to irla.. there is a black berry dealer close to this service st. namely The Cell Shop, i spoke to them and coz i was worried i picked up a blackberry original battery for rs 2500/- this battery started draining also and it completely switched off, i went back to this shop but the battery would not get recharged after a long argument with the shopkeeper thy took the battery and sent it to the service centre for a replacement and asked me to come after 10 days.. in the meanwhile i put my old battery and the phone started but same problem the phone would heat and the battery would drain, so i took the phone to the dealer i.e. Aspire communications on 16th road khar west, the owner took the phone and sent it to blackberry service station again.. after $ days blackberry sends a mail saying that the phone has been tampered with and thy returned the phone….. I object to this report as i have never given the phone to anybody and this was the first time it got spoilt and since it was in warranty i went straight to the service centre… somebody is not doing the right thing whether its blackberry or Aspire communications but please i need your help in this, you can chek with blackberry service centre im mumbai Irla near Alfa stores the name of the store is Vcare IT Services and solutions they must be having my jobsheet, my phone imei no. is 354279051024174.. my name is sangeeta Arora and mail id is [email protected] headoffice returned my phone along with picures of the tampering to support their redressal but my phone has never been spoilt before so how can it be tampered with
