I bought blackberry bold 3 from Jawalapur Haridwar on 1st Nov 2011 and after few days my phone started switch off automatically i been to dealer and he fixed my problem but it took 1 month to solve. Now again my phone started creating problem now some buttons and even display is also not working. I want a new phone from company instead of this defected piece. Please help me how can i get a replace this phone.
