Blackberry 9330(CDMA) is not working on other network

Location/place: Samstipur

Name of company/service: Blackberry & Tata Docomo

I have bought Blackberry 9330 and taken post paid connection from Tata Docomo. few days back Tata has ended its postpaid service from Bihar and due to this i have to take connection from other company. but number of other company is not geting run on this mobile as it has some unique no of Tata, regarding this i have visited service center of Blackberry as well Tata Docomo but none of these two are helping me to sort it out. its getting very problematic to me, please help
