I have purchase a blackberry in mar-2013 its abruptly stopped working. More than a month back I have given it for repair in Expert Center Blackberry service center. Till now they have given me four expected date but till now not delivered. After lots of mental pain I have purchased a new mobile. Now I don’t want my mobile I want back my money. Please anyone suggest me what I can do?
