I am Getting bills from MGL (Mahanagar Gas Ltd.) without gas connection. I had applied for gas connection but was refused by the MGL person to install connection because the kitchen was converted into bedroom. Last 14 months I am writting and complaining to customercare, but no result so far. I got reply once in Aprill 2011 from MGL saying that the bill was sent by mistake and MGL has not done any job. But till today I am getting bills regularly.
