Respected Sir(s)/Madam,
Hello…. My father has a registered Reliance (CDMA) Mobile Service since the Service of CDMA had started. We have been receiving Mobile Bills on our Registered address from the begining till May 2014. Suddenly we have not received any Physical Bills. On enquery, we were told that the company had stopped sending physical copies and so you have not received the bills. I asked then how would we receive the bills then. I was told that we will be receiving the same by email. When asked do you have my email address registered ? I was shocked to know that without any information the company had stopped issuing bills. The Company not bothered to inform the customers that henceforth they will not be sending physical copies of the bills. I then got myself registered with my email address : [email protected] with the Mobile company. But even then I did not receive any Bills on my Email. Hence then we have given calls more than 5 times to let them know that we have not been receiving any Bills on my Email. Some said you will have to visit the Mobile Gallery to get yourself updated. On visiting the Mobile Gallery, I was told that you will have to speak with the Customer Care to receive any bills on email. In the Mobile Gallery they said they are there only to receive the payments & help customers problems pertaining to payments only and will not be able to help on any updation. As I had not received any bills, I was not able to send any payments. Also someone from the call center had also said that they will be sending the physical copies by courier at the earliest when I had asked for last 3 months Bill Details. But till date no Bills received and the Mobile Company has disconnected my mobile service.Today, on 20/10/2014, I had spoken to someone on the call center Mr.Sachin, he said the company policy says that I will have to make payment first then only they will be able to solve my queries regarding any services. I had asked to send me physical copies, to which he replied I will have to visit Mobile Gallery and First Make Payment , then only all other matters will be solved. Untill then the Company will not start the Mobile Service. My Question was UNTILL I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY BILL , HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO MAKE PAYMENTS.
I would like the Form to Please Help me Solve this Matter at the earliest. I just want that the Customer should not Suffer due to NON RECEIPT OF MOBILE BILLS DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMPANY & COMPANY EMPLOYEES.
