Name of company/service: Reliance Gsm Postpaid
My mobile plan was 1299 coz I was on Roaming till 20th July.I requested Ms.Priyanka(a customer care executive for Reliance Postpaid Users) on phone to activate 899 plan & 123(Internet Pack) plan.she took my request & the next day my 899 plan got activated but 123(Internet Pack) didnt activated.After 15days I got an sms that my unbilled amount has reached Rs.3,100/-.
After calling to customer care I came to knew that a person cannot Request for 123 internet plan unless his 1299 pack is deactivated.Because in 1299 plan internet is free & you cannot have 2internet plans at a time.But I was unknown about it because I was not informed by Ms.Priyanka about this law.
hence my unbilled amount rose over Rs.3000/-.
& when I complained to Senior executives,they agreed that it was Ms.Priyanka’s fault for informing me wrong & accepting an impossible request.But they denied to wave off any amount.& asked me to pay full amount.
So,please help me out as soon as possible.
