I have closed my postpaid walky 0821-6540189 on 23 apr 2013 at mysore tata DoCoMo 5 light circle office. The staff has confirmed and said there is no acknowledgement copy or receipt for the same given. Even after two months I am still getting the bills. I have informed tata DoCoMo thru mail on 27 may about this, again they are forwarding the bills inspite of deactivation. This is a painful way of harassing the postpaid customers. While I want the problem resolved I also want to initiate legal action for such callous approach and taking the people for granted
