Billing issue

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I Mr. Anand. K. contact to c.c of Vodafone for my manual bill. but response from Vodafone care was not good for past 2 months. And my Vodafone connection is disconnected even i have paid all Pending bills.
Help me for reactivate my Vodafone Connection.
