I subscribed Airtel Wi-Fi plan on the 24th of feburary and was committed plan @8mbps @1599 RS for 1st 2 months (means 800/-RS per month) ,installation charges 1000/-RS (Refundable).
But the made the false bill of 1950/- Rs per month including service taxes, also included activation charges 1000/- RS Which wasn’t mentioned earlier and the most hilarious part is that they terminated my services on 16th of April and they are still making the bills of terminated services.
According to their Commitment the bill must be around 1620/-RS including service taxes(14.5) as I used WiFi services for only 53 days and charges were 1599/-RS for 60 days(2 months).
Further subtracting 1000/-RS as installation charges (promised to be refunded),
The net amount should be 620/-RS.
But the are asking a huge amount of 5020/-RS and are disturbing me daily over the calls and are forcing me to pay the false amount.
Please Resolve the issue.
