Billing Dispute & Unethical Ways to Torture Customers .

I am using services of idea cellular since 2012 at number 9694096944 . Complaint is for Bill of November 2014 at number 9694096944 . My bill generated for this month was Rs. 2880.62 . When checked the break-up, i found that Rs. 1760.96 was generated for the data uses which was exceeded after the limit of my plan . As per idea i have the excess use of data 444072 to which i am being charged at 4ps/10kb . But things are being manipulated by idea . On the last day [30/11/14] of my billing cycle at 10:41pm, i have received a auto generated message from idea that i have been left with 93.63mb data . After this only 1hour 19 minutes were left to complete the billing month . After a day i recieves the bill . I got shocked that my bill was generted Rs. 2880.62 & from it Rs. 1760.96 was for excess data uses . I contacted customer care over phone & email to get it resolved . But my request was ignored with answer that this excess data was used prior to Nov 08, 2014. And after that the plan got changed after my request . My fight is for the thing that :- I am using a post paid number with a plan in which have the combination of data & voice call uses. Till last day i am receiving the 20-30 msgs daily from idea that i am left with so & so data . If i would have been provided with correct information of left data then i may not have used the data in excess . Do the service provider havent the duty to give the right status ? If there system is delivering the wrong status then why should customer have to suffer ? Such service by IDEA have given me the undesired botheration, mental disturbance & spoiled my lot of time . They have done extreme today on 25/12/14 to do un-ethical practice . My number was barred for incoming & outgoing both . When called at customer care, they told that they have received the complaint of hand set lost, it have been barred at my request number C1-37949963908 . And after approx 30mnts it was unbarred . What a extreme it is to TORTURE CUSTOMERS ? All photo proofs & email communications are attached . Looking for the support .

    Don’t purchase from Rediff shop & gift. All product are duplicate & damgage condition.
    chit from customer money.
    His supplier vendor cellular Etc, 416 daulat bhav Bhagwaadi, Mumbai-400002 chiting company, all mobile no is fake.
