Dear Sir/Madam,
I Have postpaid connection of ‘idea cellular’ company
mobile no 7720052314 , there is no any verbal,written application,& Verbal communication or such kind of request from me for changing my rental plan 149 rupees to 299 rupees rental.
but, without any permission from me for changing my rental plan how company started new rental plan of 299 rupees.
and he stopped my out going for 20 days; he want pay all bills ( rental bill+prorate basis bill) raised against me
So right now what i should do? i don’t know
