The System World, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, showed me a Asus make laptop of model X550CC with configuration, i3/4GB/500GB/DOS with 1GB graphic card and claimed Rs. 31,700.00 for the product but after I made the payment , they packed the laptop in bag and gave to me. In my house when I opened I found cheated as they have given me a different laptop of same make of model X550CA with configuration i3/2GB/500GB/DOS with in-built graphic. When I approached the shop, first they denied later when their senior staff ( Mr. Ajay Tripathy) was approached he admitted the mistake but denied to exchange the product rather assured me to return the extra money they have taken. But now he is passing days by different reasons and avoiding to pay the amount Rs. 3,900.00 which he agreed earlier.
