Sub: Disconnection of my BSNL land line and Broadband Home Combo ULD 999 – 033 – 24360185.
Dear Sir,
This has reference to my complaint no: 12648812212, made in the middle of July 2014. As a matter of fact you could not resolve the problem of my Landline and Broad Band which is completely off.
I have repeatedly requested to disconnect my line as I have changed my internet provider with local cable broadband available in my area.
Even after repeated writing to you, BSNL is sending bills for services which is not available for last 2 months.
This letter is again a reminder for not sending any further bills and disconnect my landline and broadband connection. I am keeping a copy of this letter in CC to your Head office in Delhi. I have made payment of bill till July 2014.Attached all the written communications. My legal notice will follow after the acceptance of the letter.
