Bill produced for the duration of non-usage of data card

I want to complaint that Reliance netconnect people disconnected by data card services without any prior information to me. I got 1-2 short calls which were quickly disconnected after the call was connected, on my mobile i.e. 8447315357. They called up later and I asked them to reconnect my data card so that I may pay the bill online. They didn’t do so. FOr the whole month, I was n’t able to use data card and yet again, they have produced the bill for the month of April, even if I haven’t used it all. In the previous month, my data card was not working at all.

So, I am launching a complaint hereby for a best possible solution.
