Location/place: Mumbai / Bhiwandi

Name of company/service: Vodofone

am facing issue for billing for past 4 months of access amount,against to which vodafone in april 2013 given reversal of rs 700 with service no :1311393832 but still its not reflacted and they are now disputing with me
