bill problem

i bought a tata photon connection …company assures me speed min.128kbps to 3mbps…bt when i used it gives only 6 to 10kbps.i made complaint in customer care…bt my prblem no resolved.i told them to disconnect my connection after 15 days of purchasing..bt they did’nt .after that they continue to make bill..i use the connection only for 10 days.i hv my complaint no.in my e mail id..after all that company force me to pay the bill of 20000rs.
