I would like to raise a complaint regarding the bill payment with airtel of Rs.1422.
I have paid my bill of Rs.1422 on 3 March in retail shop and now the bill has been generated of Rs.2066 including march bill of rs 600 change… After paying d bill payment of Rs.1422 why I need to pay again of rs.2066 and the airtel and bared my number but after calling dem one CX service Lady activated but I was still getting a same over due msg i called up CX service yesterday March 10, 2016 on the issue one of agent of CX was too rude to me and I told dem to transfer to higher authority she put me on hold and disconnected d call… Later still today I didn’t get any call from the them but my getting a msg of over due
