Hi,
I was using the broadband service from Tata Telecom since one year. I stopped using their service in April 2012 as i was relocationg to a new place. I sent them multiple reminders to transfer my connection but they didnt do it. In July i got a call from Tata telecom that they have issued a bill of 2733 against my name for my internet connection. As i didnt use the connection, i was reluctant to pay it but later their executive said pay for the period you use it. I paid Rs 1800 on 18/09/2012 through a cheque from my ICICI Account for the final Settlement but didnt get any Settlement . Now after three months, i got a call from Delhi That a case has been filed against me for non payment of bill .
Please help me in this regard.
