Bill Overcharged.

Location/place: mumbai. vile parle west

Name of company/service: vodafone

My name is Manish and i am using Vodafone sevices for about 3 to 4 years. I was using prepaid services and recently 5months back i switched over to post paid.So till may my billing was average Rs.400/month.After making my last bill of Rs.360 in may on 29th they send me a message on 1st of june that i have crossed my credit limit and i have to make payment of Rs4773/ so as to activate my services.
i am a working person and my salary is RS10,000/mth. i niether made ISD nor STD as all my calls are local only .They are telling that i made ISD calls that amounted my billing .
I approached them on 4th june and they replied that i have wait till my billing cycle date or if i want to activate now make half payment.Today i called on Hotline on 9820098200 they gave the same reply and also added that i made ISD calls.
When i asked when did i activated my ISd services they replied that it is pre-activated services.
I am totally blank what to do. Please help?????
