they are not providing me bill and asked me to go complain whereever i want they sold my number to other customer right after the second month even before paying the bill on due time please take action how can they sell off my my number when i paid the bill on time it is my wish to switch on my phone or not when i am payin the bill on time

this is vikram kumar raju from bellary karnataka
i have purchased two vanity numbers i,e 8123911111, 8123977777 from your
bellary dealer paying 5000 rupees per number and paid the first bill at
hyderabad and recieved the second bill which last date was 14 aug and today
i checked my both numbers saying sim card registration failed and when i
went to pay bill at hyd today they said my numbers are sold to somebody
else named naresh y from bangalore … and when i asked the local dealer he
said they resold them because i was not using their services where as i
paid my first month bill and went to pay second month bill
the numbers were activated on june 9 th 2012 not even 3 months completed
and you sold my number to naresh y from bangalore charging money from him
also
when i walked up to ur store here ur dealer mr diwakar told me that number
got sold even before my second bill due date
if you dont reply me back in 24 hours i am goin to complain to TRAI and
consumer court

  2. where did u mention the term zero usage in the application or terms and conditions i already sent a legal notice which i am awaiting an answer u guys are fraud u dont have rights to recycle the number for two months after deactivating how did u do that and sell it of to another customer and also without any intimation i am a postpaid user .. more over it is my wish to use ur services or not when im payin monthly rental on time u nowhere mentioned zero usage termination in ur terms i will file case on ranbir kapoor and ram charan tej for provoking me to buy tata docomo connection which is a fraudulant company giving
