On 27 jan 2015 i had taken new connection at flat 8, soba savera bibvewadi pune.
i am staying at raipur durg, Chasstisgarh and i want to pay the bill of feb and march month . but till now my bill has not generated.
AT TIME OF TAKING CONNECTION IT WAS TOLD THAT I CAN PAY BILL ONLINE BUT NEITHER PHYSICAL BILL NOR ON NET I CAN GET DETAILS OFD THE PENDING DUES.
my consumer ID is 160241384702 & Bu is 4606 market yard pune.
kindly mail my due bill amount so that i can timely pay the bill and save from disconnection.
my complain number registered online TO MAHADISCOM (MSEB) is 2398579 WHICH WAS NOT ANSWERED IN LAST 2 MONTHS.
new complain number:2629092 IS REGISTERED ON JUNE 12, 2015.
kindly help to get details on due bill amount to complete the dues.
when i called to call centre 18002003435 they also didnt gave any information. kindly assist urgently.
