Bill not Given by Medical shop owner for the bill amounting ,312/-

Respected Sir,
My friend has consulted Doctor at the Pashyanthi Cardiac Center and went to Medical shop to get medicine. After collecting the amount 312/- by phone pe With reference 026681266685 to merchant Id Q16623023@ybl. The medical shop owner denied to give Bill and when my friend insisted for bill he started using filthy words. This all happened on 22nd September at 03:21 P. M.
Please take necessary action against this type of medical shop owners.
