bill making not correct tata docomi dies not alert to customer

Location/place: ludhiana(punjab)

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

This mail to tata docomo making the bill not correct bill(9569499995) charges on data usage wrongly update because tata docomo not alert to me the first bill is making on prodata basis the executive of your company say to me activate the net plan 50rs getting 2 gb data usage from 23jan to 23 feb but i use only1.5 gb approximately thats tata do.mistake not alert to customer via sms or voice intaction to alert to customer how much using any vas services on prodata Period .i also pay 150rs in advance because to know that my bill is making on 250-300 approximately.i also send mail to listen @ tata docomo on 28 jan 10.26 pm and 29 jan 6:10 pm i have record to these mails plz check these mails .there is not my fault in this uncorrect bill usage i m not able to pay this bill plz check this bill and correction in excess charges plz call me on 9: am to 10:30 am or 03:00 pm to 08:00pm any day urgent i shall be wait ur response and relief in the first bill plz plz plz check the right decision on the bill and relief my tense with warm regards jatinder you may also call me on my tata do no.9569499995 or airtel no.9877726888 i shall be wait thnx.
