Name of company/service: tata docomo

Hi,

Myself Pranab Kumar Pati using the Docomo post paid service more than one year.I am getting the unnecessary bill was added to my bill.I am repeatedly contacting the customer care for this but getting the same in every months.they are telling to pay less amount and then in the next month adding some value on it.

I have been contacted the Docomo customer care and they are charging a lot to the usage charges and Data Usage Charges which was not applicable to me and also the late payment fee.As I paid the bill within the stipulated time. Tata docomo is not caring on this even i contacted the floor manager and she is too rude on this.I never expect this kind of service as i am getting this last 7-8 months.
