Bill generated after 4 months of disconnection

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Tata Photon

I am Monojit Dey using tata photon number 9231098239 (West Bengal region) from many years. I had applied for disconnection of my photon no, November, 2012 and paid all my dues accordingly. After that am facing issues in DE-activating it. After a month I got a bill of 536, against which they told me that it will be adjusted and will be closed accordingly. On April, 2013, after 4 months I got another bill of Rs 950 claiming my monthly charge, the same has repeated the next month also. Now they are making all kind of harassment to made the bill pay. I am getting multiple phone calls to make my dues clear, even one agent came to my house for recovery also on 6th July. Few days back I got a call from some one Arun Goswami (9038660592), claiming to be one from legal team of tata photon services and threatening me to go legal.

As now i am shifted to Mumbai I am having issues coordinating with CC team, as they every time ask to submit document to tata photon outlet of my zone, which is not possible right now. Kindly suggest to make a stop of this non sense act.
