Name of company/service: Tata Docomo Broadband Service
My broadband bill for month of April was around 10,633 INR. I have credit limit of INR 3,500 and it is supposed that my internet connection has to be disconnected when bill amount reached to the Credit Limit. I have made a multiple request to customer care regarding this issue. Initially they took lot many days to work on this issue and at the end they told that “Sir, as your uses is of 10,633 so you need to pay this amount”. They haven’t disconnected my line even if it has reached triple of my credit limit.
