Bill amount is outstanding for 3 months-reg.

R. Srilatha Devi,H.No:1-10-104/42/6, Beside:Hanuman temple,Mayuri Marg,Begumpet, Hyderabad-16 is the traders of all kinds of paper plates manufactuers & suppliers. As part of their business, the traders supplied material to Peddamma Temple (Endowments dept of A.P.), Jublee hills, Hyderabad and raised a bill vide no:580 dt:8-10-2012 for an amount of Rs.1,14,650/- and delivered the material on the same date and acknoledge the receipt for the same material from Peddamma temple officials. The suppliers fulfilled all the terms & condiitions as per the sealed quotation reference no:1626 dt:14-3-2012 of the said temple. But the amount of the bill is not paid so far from the temple. This is our grievance. Kindly arrange to settle the amount at the earliest.
