Bill Amount Deducted from Cheque but Bill not Paid

Sir, I was using Reliance Postpaid Service Mo No- 9334384050. I made a bill payment Via Cheque of Allahabad Bank . The Bill amount was Deducted from my Account but company didnot paid my Bill due to which I faced a lot of Problem again the company is Sending Threatening Calls to Pay my Whole Bill.
