bill against disconnected connection

Dear Sir,

Myself is vijay Kumar Maurya, In 2005 I had taken a power connection (10 HP) and in 2006 i submit a request letter for disconnection. The matter is related with Madhyachanchal vidhut vitran nigam limited. (Hydle colony Krishna Nagar, CESS-II), The corporation officials told that I have to submit outstanding bills, PD FEES and 6 months advance rental, and I submitted the same.

After so many years, I have got a letter from Tahsil that I have to pay Rs. 7.05 lacs as outstanding bills of power corporation. I met the concern officials they told that your connection is continue, due to that bill is coming.
In Aug-09

I had got a same letter from corporation in 2009 also, Then I submitted a letter by enclosing all receipts. but from that date they did not replied my letter.

I request to Please register my compliant and advise me what I should do now.
