I was using Reliance Broadband in Bangalore in 2010. I ad change my address & requested to transfer Reliance Broadband but they didn’t had the service at my new address so I made a request to terminate the connection. I pad all the pending dues. But they kept on sending monthly bills to my email address for safe custody mode charge and didn’t actually terminated the service. I had been communicating to their customer executives many times. I had sent several chain of mails regarding this. So finally my connection was terminated and I didn’t hear from them.
All of sudden now I got a mail with subject line: “Reliance Broadband Usage Due – Lok Adalath Reminder Notice”
