my netconnect subscription number is 9335974200
i lost my device so i called on 1800-3000-5555 requesting to block and deactivate the number on 7-sept-2014
the customer executive took the details and confirmed that the number is deactivated
but, i recieved an email on 13th oct 2014 stating that i have unpaid bill
so i again called customer care and executive said that the number was temporarily blocked and not permanently and i have to pay bill as of the month
due to incomplete info and neglegience of executive now i have to pay bill even though i have lost my device and deactivated the number as well
so,
kindly look into matter and response at earliest.
