Hi Team,
I am seriously furious and upset with such unprofessional behavior of BigFlix. I have subscribed for this for one month and unchecked the option of auto renewal, but still I have noticed they keep on deducting 249/- from my account since Oct 2013.
This is a serious fraud and I will be taking the legal action soon if my money is not refunded back to my account.
You can check the details of my account and it says it’s end date is 25-Oct-13. There is no point money is getting deducted if the service has been end dated.
Please take action on this company as I have seen not only me there are thousands of people being cheated by them. Hope to see a positive and quick response from him.
