sir, I wanted to recharge for tata Docomo offer and I checked online the online portal said recharge for 251 and get 200 talk time later I get only 175 as talk time later upon calling the customer care associate says that the offer has changed a week ago. I even checked now online it is reflecting the same. I have requested them to refund the money or give me 200 talk time they have given such a lame response that the offer is over. I definitely want to file a complaint against tatadocomo for cheating customer and want compensation from tata docomo.

With ref to complaint no.. 19809737, I Have attached the online sites offer
pic mentioned in your website of tata Docomo which is completely false as
per your representative, this is really sad and frustrating that I have not
got talk time as mentioned online i.e 200 instead I have got 175 as talk
time which is completely tata Docomo mistake that they you have not updated
the online service.
I want Rs.200/- talk time which I’m suppose to get or I’ll reach consumer
forum for cheating us.
Hope my issue is addressed and sorted asap.
