I ordered a mobile phone on 25th sept and I got it on 28th sept after two three days a faced a problem with the battery and on 5th oct I complaint then to refund the product and now the company is not taking any action on it they are saying that I complaint them after 7 days of delivery, so I want comsumer court to take action against them as soon as possible, its happens second time with me
