Name of company/service: Housefull International Ltd
We booked furtnitures from Housefull (Andheri Mumbai store) by paying in advance as is the company policy. Delivery was for 10th November, but did not happen. Had to repeatedly follow up and ultimately got delivery in 2 lots. Half the furnitures were damaged. Our remarks for replacement of damaged furniture did not yield any fruit. Had to again follow up for the same and still not received replacement. Problems are manyfold:
1. Store from where we booked does not pick up phone or follow up for delivery
2. Call centre phones keep on ringing and only once in 5 attempts somebody handles the call
3. You can not escalate the complaint to higher ups as call centre executive do not give you information and even website is silent about escalation process
I do not know how to contact top management. I went to their registered office in Mumbai only to find that senior management does not sit there at all.
This company advertises regularly in newpapers and I am sure that many people must have sufferred such inferior quality of service and product. Need urgent redressal.
