benefits not availed as per reharge and technical deductions

Sir/Madam

I have made a recharge of Rs 198 of aircel 3g n 2g internet pack provided which i should get 3g data volume of 1.5gb but i was credited with only 1024Mb,next is inspite of connecting the datacard or cell on 2g network the data used is being ddeducted from 3g data volume . Trying to contact with the aircel customercare they are unable to provide solutions and often disconnect the call when asked to transfer to their supervisors.

please provide me a solution to the problem at the earliest
